Common Questions

1.  What does Intec Controls do exactly?
We represent a wide variety of manufacturers Product Lines for the provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba.  More specifically we sell and support their equipment in our regions.  We specialize in Field Instrumentation, Disbtriuted Control Systems, connection and interface equipment, process protection, etc etc.  We handle your equipment needs from measuring a simple flow on a single loop to implementing a a plant wide control system.
 

2.  Where are you located?
Intec is located at 214 Cardinal Crescent in Saskatoon, SK.  For a Google Map click here.

3.  What are your hours of operation?
On the left-hand column you will find our weekly hours of operation.


4.  I have a general inquiry but I'm not sure who to contact.
For all general inquiries you can submit and email to support@inteccontrols.  Your email will be routed to a general mailbox and then onto the person that will best be able to handle your inquiry.  We will repond as quickly as possible to any request or inquiry you may have.  If you wish to call then dial our main line 306.244.2200 and hit zero as soon as the call system answers.


5.  I have completed an application form and want to know what is next?
Once you have completed an application form for your specific application please either email or fax your form back to us.  support@inteccontrols / 306.244.2286  Once we have received your form back depending on the type of product we may need to consult with our factory engineers to determine the best product solutions.  Once this is established we will prepare a quotaton and send it to you.


6.  I have purchased equipment from Intec and I am looking for techincal support.
We can offer techincal support in a couple of different ways.  If you are looking for product manuals you can check out our Links Section as we have posted many of our business partners Online Libraries.  Telephone support can be reached by dialing our main line 306.244.2200 and selecting zero at the call system menu.  You can also email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  


7.  I have purcashed some of your equipment and I think I might have a need for warranty.
It does happen and sometimes equipment can fail sooner than expected.  We generally like to do a pre-inspection of the equipment at Intec Controls before sending equipment back to the factory, so if possible we would like to see the equipment returned to us first.  If we are unable to make a determination the device will be returned for a factory inspection/analysis and if warranty does apply your device will either be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Note:  If you feel you do have a warranty situation please do not just ship back your equipment without first contacting us.  Any returned material should be cleaned, de-contaminated and safe to handle prior to being returned for inspection.  If we do receive contaminated equipment it is unlikely your device will be able to be inspected and may be returned back to you for cleaning.
